For Marie Leaner, the spirit of success is about having the courage and independence to chart your own course in life. Whether supporting herself through college, transforming government agencies and non-profit organizations, or carving her own unique path in her real estate career, she's always thrived on creating her own opportunities in life.

This spirit is also why she's become a premiere real estate agent. She's been known as Ms. Chicago Real Estate for years. Contrary to popular opinion, "they" selected this nickname for her--she's not the one who came up with that idea. Who are "they"? Her friends and satisfied clients who decided she was worthy of being called Ms. Chicago Real Estate based on her creative abilities to put deals together and her going the extra mile for her buyers and sellers.

Whether you're buying or selling your house, you can count on Marie's unique candor, tireless drive and independent spirit to help you make the very most of your real estate opportunities. Her clients say she's a no-nonsense negotiator who gets them what they want at the price they want, and in the right time.  Marie's in-depth training includes special courses in Real Estate Practice, Financing, Property Management, Real Estate Appraisal, Legal Aspects, and Luxury Home Marketing.

An experienced INTERNET Real Estate marketing agent, Marie has embraced new technology to stay current with the inventory of properties in the specialized Chicago condo market, and uses this technology to provide superior service to clients and customers alike.
